  • To shop online on heednyc.com you can browse the latest collections for Women & Men and simply add the products to your Shopping Bag and proceed to checkout.
  • You may browse by "Collections" such as bags, apparel or sneakers, or if you are looking for a specific item, you may search for products by name, color, category or style in our search box located on the upper right hand corner of our page. .
  • After you complete your order, we will send you an email confirming the details of the purchase and a link to follow the delivery.
  • All orders can be returned within 14 days from delivery. Read more information on returns and refunds.
  • Making a purchase is easy: Simply select item you are interested in, select your size and click ‘Add to Cart’.
  • Your chosen item will appear in your shopping cart on the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can click on the cart to see its contents at any time.
  • When you’re ready to place your order, click on the cart and follow the straightforward prompts to complete delivery information and payment details. If you have any problems, please contact ClientServices@heednyc.com
  • We do not currently accept orders by telephone. We accept orders through this web site (heednyc.com); our InstaGram page (@heednyc) and Facebook Shop @heednewyork.
  • Orders for items immediately available cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been successfully submitted. We advise you to read returns and refunds on instructions on returning items. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once it arrives to our warehouse.
  • You can immediately see size availability below the product image. If a size is has a line through size selection, that size is sold out.
  • We do not currently accept pre-orders
  • We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

  • When you complete your purchase, we will immediately acknowledge your order by sending you an order confirmation of email. Your order will be processed immediately. We will notify you by email When your order is ready to ship....
  • We presently do not offer gift cards.
  • Orders shipped using our global delivery partners, FedEx, DHL and UPS. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. If your order is eligible for Premium super-fast shipping, the option will be displayed checkout to upgrade. Saturday delivery is also an option in some destinations, this option will be displayed at the checkout if available. For security reasons, all orders must be signed for upon delivery.
  • You can track your order and delivery status via the global delivery partner app and all customers will receive an email containing a tracking link allowing them to live track their delivery direct to their door.
  • We do not offer an exchange service. You have up to 14 days to return an item, however you must request your returns number within 14 days and we will process a refund the moment global delivery partner collect your return parcel.
  • We hope that you wont feel the need to return an item but if you’re not perfectly satisfied, you may return items within 14 days.
