Returns
You can return any item purchased on HEED NYC within 14 days from the delivery date. Here's how:

• Go to contact us page and complete the form by filling in name, email, phone number. In the message box include the order# and reason for your return. Or send an email to ClientServices@heednyc.com
• One of our customer service representatives will send out a return confirmation email with a label for return.
• Take the items to be returned along with return label to local shipping office.
• We will process a refund when global delivery partner collect your return parcel. For further information on the conditions for exercising your right to return, please see our terms and conditions
