Shipping Delays due to Chinese New Year
As we get prepared for a great up and coming new year, we wanted to inform you that due to the Chinese New Year, some of the following products we offer will have delivery impacts in the coming year. Chinese New Year is held on January 31, 2022 and ends on February 6, 2022. The Chinese government mandates customs are closed for this duration of time, which will result in shipping delays. While we will resume normal shipping time after the holiday, there will be shipping delays several weeks following the holiday as carriers work to process a backlog of packages at China customs.
How will Chinese New Year affect your orders?
- Orders for SNEAKERS, BOOTS, DUFFLE BAGS, CLUTCH BAGS, CROP T's and ATHLEISURE WEAR will need to be placed on or before 1/20/22 at 11:59pm EST to avoid delays due to Chinese New Year.
- Orders placed on or after 1/21/22 will ship on or before 3/7/22, when we expect carriers to resume their average shipping times.
NOTE: As a precaution, we will be adding more inventory locally in our warehouse in New York, but we will have reduced style and sizing options.
