HEED NYC Donates Luxury Duffle Bags and Watch Set to DIFFA For Fight Against AIDS
Due to COVID-19, the Design Industries Foundation Fighting Aids (DIFFA) held their annual design fundraiser a little different this year. The event most notable for allowing attendees to purchase products directly from Artists, Designers and Interior Design showrooms, with the proceeds contributing to the fight against AIDS, moved their fundraiser online this year.
One of the companies contributing to the event was New York City based luxury brand HEED NYC. For this year's auction format HEED NYC provided some of their signature duffle bags and luxury accessories as a contribution to the worthy cause. In addition, they contributed faux suede pillows from their sister home interiors company HEED Dècore.
“DIFFA fundraiser events hold a very special place in my heart. The 'Picnic by Design' fundraiser is one of the first events I attended as a "new" New Yorker several years ago. Over the years I have attended several DIFFA events. I'm glad that in these trying times, the DIFFA organization was able to proceed with their event this year without cancelation. The team at DIFFA made the experience seamless and I am truly honored to have my company be able to contribute to such a worthy cause, and we hope to participate again next year.” says Taheed R.
